A Year of Great Follies

Our first year here in Great Falls has flown by. We have adjusted to a new town, new jobs, a new school, a new lifestyle. We have explored the area, returning to our favorite spots multiple times, and always trying to find new ones. We have met new people, but always seem to prefer being together as a family. We went from owning a home to renting, from country life to town life, from a Hobby Farm to a neighborhood. What a year of changes it has been.

It has been a good year, though. If you are up for it, come along with us as we begin our second year here in Great Falls. I enjoy your company and with as restless as we are, there are bound to be more adventures to share with you. More pictures of my kids as they grow like wildflowers. More stories as we try to find our place in this world. And of course, more snapshots of Remington P Cat.

And finally…

I would like to wish my dad a very HaPpY bIrThDaY!!!! I wish we could be there to celebrate with you. I would like to share with you one of my favorite birthday quotes:

“A birthday is just the first day of another 365-day journey around the sun.  Enjoy the trip.”  ~Author Unknown
