My Writing Companion

Every time I sit down at the computer, Remington P. Cat jumps up on my lap. Since he is my constant writing companion, I have decided that today should be all about him. When I think back over the almost 11 years he has spent with us, I realize that simple words just aren’t enough.  So I decided to put those words into the form of an acrostic poem.  Remington, this one’s for you…

R arely stops purring

E verything you would ever want in a cat

M eow sweet enough to melt the toughest heart

I rresistible

N ose that’s perfectly pink

G reen eyes like marbles

T una eating machine

O bject of my affection

N aps in the sunshine

    • That was so funny, and it still makes me laugh, too!(Sorry Jim!!) Remi was suffering along with Jim, Goobers is the overly stinky one who left the present 🙂 I’m pretty sure he is getting stinkier as the days go by, if that is even possible…
